淞江集團2017年在南通市雙甸工業區投資1.2億建設“年產120萬件減震器項目”，2018年12月建設完畢并搬遷至南通工廠；新工廠引進大量自動化智能設備，主要包括自動配料機、自動投料機、自動煉膠機、數控下料機、數控切料機、自動成型機、自動硫化機、加工中心、數控車床、自動包裝機、自動纏繞機、自動纏膜機等；南通工廠擁有自己的檢測中心，主要檢測設備有3升密煉機、6寸開煉機、橡膠硫化儀、萬能拉力機、低溫測試儀、高溫測試儀、耐磨檢測儀、硬度檢測儀、水壓測試機、爆破試驗機、疲勞試驗機、光譜儀、氯離子檢測儀、模擬震動試驗臺等檢測、試驗設備。
